Cody Beebe will expound on his and his partner\u2019s vision to transform a century-old monitor barn that had lived its life into a family friendly restaurant and brewery, including outdoor recreation and a stage for outdoor concerts. Cody will also expound on the importance of providing a space that gives something back to his community."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[],0,"The Design Team will discuss how the primary structure of the existing barn required significant repairs with unique strategies to preserve the existing historic rafters, timber frames and barn wood. We will also review the constructability resolutions required to restore the existing timber frames with with the use of steel rods with turnbuckles and other structural methods.
