The Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program has since been successfully replicated by more than a dozen AIA components across the nation, including AIA Kentucky. Emerging Professionals are generally defined as being within ten years of either receiving their architectural degree or achieving licensure. The program will be kicked off by a \u201cBoot Camp\u201d session to introduce the participants and to develop the curriculum for the year."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[0],1,"Tuition: "],[0,[],0,"Tuition for AIA Members is $450; non\u2010AIA member tuition is $550. AIA Kentucky may choose to offer partial tuition assistance to individuals with limited financial support from their firms. The amount and number of tuition assistance will be at the discretion of the Selection Committee."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[0],1,"Commitment:"],[0,[],0," The program\u2019s success is directly related to the attendance by the participants and therefore attendance is mandatory. Each participant of the program will be required to sign an Agreement Form that will require a signature from one of the participant\u2019s principals of their firm. Provided due notice to the Executive Committee, with extenuating circumstances, each scholar will be allowed one excused absence. If two sessions are missed, a fine of $50 will be assessed to the participants\u2019 firm. Further absence will result in an additional fine and expulsion from the program. All scholars are required to attend the \u201cBoot Camp\u201d Session and the Closing Reception, no exceptions."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[0],1,"AIA Continuing Education:"],[0,[],0," It is intended that this program will have AIA CE credit made available for its participants. Through his volunteer efforts, he contributed to initiatives and programs that have had a positive impact on emerging professionals at different stages of their careers.
