I appreciate your trust and support while we endeavor to achieve goals for this organization and our profession. Implementation of the plan fosters vibrant opportunities for our members across all levels to be engaged and succeed in their communities. My goals will focus on active member engagement to cultivate a rich community of diverse voices who make an impact in our state. I am thrilled to continue to work together with our local chapters, which produce events, programming, and resources that are among the best in the country. We have energetic, dedicated leadership at all levels. Speaking of leadership, there are many opportunities to engage and lead within AIA at local, state, and national levels.
