The design draws inspiration from the natural effects of the flow of the Boise River. The curved and terraced facades step away from the greenbelt mimicking the striations that the river carves into its banks. There are 234 apartments, complete with underground parking, rooftop jacuzzis, and a pickleball court. Ground floor retail and restaurant spaces open onto an expansive public-use boardwalk.
