Award of Excellence: JMA Wireless 5G Headquarters

The existing laundry building was reconfigured into office and client experience spaces and a large new wide-span structure facilitates manufacturing and warehouse operations. A connecting atrium provides visibility end to end and a full vista through the 3-story curtain wall into the factory floor, showcasing the manufacturing process. An abundance of skylights and exterior glazing was added to flood the facility with natural light and views. The exterior presents the facility as a unified whole, with segments of perforated metal panel overlaying the metal skin \u2013 playfully mediating the building scale.
