Citation for Design: The Sandcastle

Inspiration for the design was gleaned from historic images of community cottages as well as the clients\u0027 goals for modern amenities, accessibility to the waterfront and open spaces. The project incorporated carpenter style Victorian detailing throughout the exterior, a custom stained-glass window over the entry door, bright color themes for rooms and en suite bathrooms and custom-designed hexagonal tiles.
