Designed by Kahler Slater, the hotel features a curved tower with 262 guest rooms over 9 total floors. It is a high-rise with prefabricated cold-formed metal stud framed tower on a cast-in-place concrete podium. The fa\u00e7ade design features a textured metal panel form, fragmented and carved into with framed expanses of glazing and delicately integrated lighting, raised on a stone base with large glass openings.
