For Rodriguez Guzman, A\u201923 was a chance\nto experience the growing diversity of the profession. She appreciated \u201cseeing\npeople that I identify with. The Next Gen experience offered daily career movement programming with topics like mentorship, sponsorship, and interviews tips. Guests could networking at ice cream socials and hang with AIAS leaders, in addition to accessing \ncareer counseling and professional head shots."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[],0,"\u201cThe career coach gave me so many tips on LinkedIn and career counseling,\u201d\nsaid Le. \u201cThings they aren\u2019t teaching me in school.\u201d"]]],[1,"p",[[0,[],0,"Each student would recommend attending A\u201923 to their classmates and others\nlooking to advance a career in architecture.
