AIA WI Third Thursday – Beach Drive Pool House Private Tour

This project involved adding a pool house and garage that had to match shingle-style existing home. The scope of this project involved creating the new 1,800 SF pool house, 3,200 SF garage, spa\/pool, and landscape to incorporate their lifestyle goals with their existing home right off Lake Michigan. The residence uses natural materials inside and out to create a modern take on a shingle-style.
