She graduated with a BA from New York University, with a multidisciplinary focus on the history and theory of urban design and architecture as well as environmental science. Amanda is a licensed architect in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho .A frequent visiting design critic at local architecture schools in Portland, Oregon, Amanda has also taught design studio at Portland State University and University of Oregon. She often contributes to panel discussions and presentations on emerging voices in architecture and design as well as womenin the profession.
