John has spent his entire 34-year career with KPFF. John has led with a passion towards making tangible progress in the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in our industry. Driven by the heightened social unrest in the country, he wanted to find an impactful and tangible way to effect meaningful change in the AEC industry. In 2021, John had the idea to introduce the framework of a leadership development program that he started within KPFF\u2019s organization to the Southern California Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (SoCal NOMA). The success of the pilot program led to founding LeaderFlow with Janiece."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[],0,"Janiece Williams is an alumni of Howard University and trained as an architectural designer with over 10 years of experience in mixed-use multifamily residential projects. She developed a strong desire to help developing professionals as they navigate the architecture industry. This passion led her to committing more of her time to justice, equity, diversity \u0026 inclusion work and related initiatives. She is an active member of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) and former board member of the Southern California chapter.
