The fa\u00e7ade is clad in a striking contrast of cedar and black vertical metal siding. The entry side is minimally interrupted by smaller windows while larger windows on the opposite side capture dramatic views of the landscape. All spaces have a direct outdoor connection and operable windows to facilitate natural ventilation. The house is also oriented for optimal natural daylighting. A cantilever on the end of the master wing extends towards the trees, creating a treehouse-like feel inside the space. Wood finishes, steel, and a muted color palette throughout the interior help to further highlight impressive exterior scenery beyond."]]]]}
