Alisa received her undergraduate degree in\nConstruction Management from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and her\nJuris Doctor from Alexander Blewett III School of Law in Missoula, Montana.\nPrior to joining the AIA Contract Documents team, Alisa spent over 15 years in\nprofessional construction and legal pursuits, which included the management of\na private residential and small commercial construction company, practice as a\nconstruction defense litigation attorney and, finally, as In-House counsel\nwhere she negotiated, drafted, and managed construction contracts, facilities\nmanagement contracts and other real estate transactions.
