The collected water is held\nfor reuse by the center\u2019s toilets, reducing potable water use by 89% as\ncompared to baseline. Additionally, the building is 100% electric and produces\nall of the energy it consumes annually. Its narrow floorplate allows for ample\ndaylighting, views, and natural ventilation, serving as an important\ndemonstration of how passive natural systems can significantly reduce energy\nuse.
