{"version":"0.3.0","atoms":[],"cards":[],"markups":[["strong"]],"sections":[[1,"p",[[0,[0],1,"Comments"]]],[1,"p",[[0,[],0,"The Mars and Rhythm addition as a composition unto itself is clean, dynamic, and interestingly ordered \u2013 and perhaps adds a more compelling and relative veneer onto the page-west existing facility. More reference to context could have been offered, but there is a very legible order to the massing, a unified material palette, and an intentional introduction of material contrasts. The glazed brick gives the metal panel a nice textural counterpoint, and bringing it inside was a savvy decision. Interiors are beautifully balanced, and furnishings, lighting and textures are well-executed. Excellent design decisions were made at multiple scales, and little moments hidden everywhere. The patio spaces at the street and upper levels are thoughtfully designed, and the stair is well done. It\u2019s obvious that time and effort were put into the design choices."]]]]}
