State Capitol 100th Anniversary

AIA Wisconsin members have volunteered to help guide tours and make special presentations on the history of the State Capitol, its artwork and its restoration for the Commission, Wisconsin Historical Society and Wisconsin Public Radio. The Wisconsin Historical Museum is interested in featuring photographs by James Potter, AIA, for a Wisconsin Architects Foundation traveling exhibit on the State Capitol. A display in the Capitol Rotunda includes reproductions of the plans and drawings used to construct the Capitol between 1906 and 1917, noting that architect George B.
