He has performed peer reviews of exterior enclosures and contributed to the design of interface detailing with emphasis on constructability, water penetration resistance, and mitigating condensation potential. He has conducted and witnessed numerous exterior envelope mock-up and field tests and has expertise in evaluating moisture related building enclosure issues through thermal and hygrothermal analysis of building assemblies."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[0,0,0,0],4,"Emily Kuhn "],[0,[],0,"is the Mayor of Middleton and previously served for five years on the City Council. In her first six months on the job, Emily\u0027s district was greatly impacted by the 2018 flood\u2014a thousand-year flood that left millions of dollars in damages to private property, businesses, and city and county lands. She helped her constituents navigate the clean-up efforts, helped sandbag their yards on creek and lakefront properties, and asked county and state officials for resources. Emily has worked as a Project Manager for the federal government and has over 20 years of federal budget experience, managing both people and projects. She moved to Middleton with her husband, Sam, to raise their children, Tom and Annika, and a bulldog.
