Since larger housing projects can take longer to gain approval\nand build, ADU\u2019s have become a fast solution to housing shortages in urban\nareas. In fact, many metropolitan cities in the U.S. have adopted building\ncodes to allow for ADU\u2019s to become more attainable to the average homeowner.
