Description
Babs is the Founding Principal of B. Grace Design, whose philosophy is grounded in the firm belief that architecture can act as a catalyst for improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities. She drives strategies for workforce wellness through her consultancy, working with businesses and organizations on how the built environment that supports physical, mental and social well-being can positively impact the bottom line. She supports her local community in Norfolk, VA serving on the Elizabeth River Trail’s Fundraising Committee, is a mentor in ODU’s Women’s Initiative Network, and serves on the AIA Hampton Roads Chapter Board as President Elect for 2024. In her pursuit to be an advocate and leader for our industry, she was accepted into AIA Virginia’s Honors Program, Emerging Leaders in Architecture class of 2021.
