However, as described in the\nHarbor District Comprehensive Plan provided with the competition materials,\nconsideration must be paid when modifying existing dock wall edges to ensure\nthat filled soils do not slide back into, and thus contaminate, waterways.\nModifications may not reduce navigability of the waterway."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[0],1,"3.
