The ETFC is the anchor organization in the neighborhood, providing services that help community members from newborn ages to seniors. Currently operating from two separate buildings, the ETFC expressed interest in combining their facilities to create a condensed campus. Projects have been as\nvaried as a parking lot office (1950), a Toledo Automotive Museum (1999), a\nfast food restaurant (1977), and an architect\u2019s office (1968 \u0026 2007).\n According to AIA Toledo, the design competition is the longest running\nprogram of its kind in the history of the AIA.
