The exterior storefront and doors were modified and updated to reflect the event space aesthetic on the interior. The first floor is open and flexible to host different events and also operate as a restaurant space. An outdoor courtyard extends the amount of usable floor area available to occupy. A variety of seating furnishings allow for a quaint conversation or an energetic celebration. The second and third floor now contain (2) two-story residential units which are used as AirBnB accommodations. With full kitchen, dining and living room spaces on the first floor and private bedrooms upstairs, the 1,500 SF units are spacious to host a large group of travelers. Private roof terraces extend the amount of usable square footages and provide 360 views of its surroundings. Exposing the natural brick, refinishing and repairing wood floors, and exposing the structure above the ceilings create a warm and rustic ambience.
