The street\nelevation is a refined minimalist form detached from its textural foundation\nthrough a 12\u201d recessed reveal detail that makes the home appear to float above\nthe site. These innovative building technologies\nsignificantly decreased dead load design requirements, allowing for simple\nframing methodologies, conserved cost, and helped minimize construction waste.
