Prior to joining AIA Contract Documents, he practiced\nconstruction litigation for three years in the Houston, Texas area. During his\ntime in private practice, Cody represented design professionals, owners,\ngeneral contractors, and subcontractors throughout all phases of the\nconstruction project, to include contract negotiations, claims, and multiple dispute\nresolution forums, including State Courts, administrative agencies, mediation,\nand arbitration.
