The main goal was to restore any of the remaining historic\nelements\/characteristics and adaptively re-use them. The\nlargest component were the existing exterior steel sash windows which are now located within many of the co-living residential units. The tin\nceilings, wood floors, and wood staircases remain within the portions of the building."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[],0,"This adaptive\nre-use project successfully integrates existing building\nelements to center its historic\ncharacteristics within new uses and a combination of live\/work spaces."]]]]}
