She began her journey at Andrews University in Berrien Springs Michigan where she earned a Bachelor\u0027s of Science in Architectural Studies. While studying at Andrews University she worked on residential and commercial projects with local firms throughout Southwest, Michigan. Upon graduation Marie began working with Isaac V. Norris \u0026 Associates on projects such as The Calder Arts Center of GVSU, affordable housing complexes and religious institutions. She continued her career as an independent interior and architectural design consultant before returning to academia to receive a Master of Architecture from Kendall College of Art and Design. His\nwork has the power to shape and support architects across many verticals in\nMichigan and beyond. Matt is the current co-chair of AIA Grand Rapids\u2019\nCommittee on the Environment (COTE).
