New AIAGR Associates Director to Lead AIA National Associates Committee

As someone new to the Architecture industry, Jade is persistent in her efforts to connect with local architects and increase her knowledge of the practice."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[],0,"As an associate member of the AIA, Jade has served on multiple committees with the Grand Rapids chapter. The 2020 pandemic has forced many architecture firms to embrace new forms of technology to encourage work from home, and in addition to that, racial unrest in our country has forced firms to confront the lack of diversity in the profession. The AIA will be working on resolutions to these issues in the coming years, and I\u2019m honored to be a part of that conversation.
