Having held positions at some of the area\u2019s most prominent\narchitectural firms, Melissa crossed over to the world of real estate\ndevelopment and construction management when she joined the construction\nmanagement team at The Rosenblum Companies (one of her all-time favorite\nclients) in 2018. She currently holds the position of Construction\nProject Manager, also actively participating in new development projects,\nincluding solicitation of the design team, as well as providing interior design\non many projects."]]],[1,"p",[[0,[],0,"Melissa\nhas served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for AIA ENY since\n2011, having held the offices of Secretary (two terms), VP of Programs,\nPresident Elect, President, and Past President prior to joining the Board of\nDirectors. In addition to the offices held, Melissa has been an active\nparticipant in the annual design awards, having chaired the event for several\nyears. Her personal priority in taking a leadership position with AIA ENY\nhas been promoting the profession to the public, as well as working to connect\nthe different facets of the industry to create a more cohesive design and\nconstruction network in the Capital District."]]]]}
