Chef was assisted by the Annapolis architecture firm, "],[0,[1],1,"The Drawing Board, Inc."],[0,[],0,", who provided the drawings and guidance to address challenging structural and code issues. David Miles, AIA, President of The Drawing Board, and Peter Miles, Project Manager, provided an overview of the building\u0027s former uses and frame, and how they worked with Chef de Pue, the entire design and construction team, and the city of Annapolis to address the challenges, design an addition, and complete the transformation. Attendees were treated to samplings of Flamant\u0027s delicious menu and fine wines, and got a peek into the workings and equipment in the kitchen, which was open on both sides to provide a full view to patrons.
