Jimmy works\nwith the Documents Committee to review and revise the substance of the AIA\nContract Documents and associated material. Jimmy received his undergraduate\ndegree from Cornell University, where he was a Division I athlete, and his law\ndegree from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America.\nPrior to joining AIA Contract Documents, he served as a judicial law clerk in the Circuit\nCourt for Montgomery County, Maryland and then practiced law for six years as a\ngeneral litigation and construction attorney in the Washington, D.C. area.\nDuring his time in private practice, Jimmy represented design professionals,\nowners, general contractors, and subcontractors throughout all phases of the\nconstruction project, to include contract negotiations, claims, and multiple\ndispute resolution forums, including State and Federal Courts, administrative\nagencies, mediation, and arbitration. Jimmy is a member of the bars of\nMaryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia and teaches a course on construction law in the D.C. area."]]]]}
