From 2000 to 2013, as Director of Project Management and Construction for Pine Crest School, a private all-faith college preparatory school with campuses in Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton, Neyda was responsible for the planning, management, and development of new buildings and infrastructure construction, facilities renovations, capital improvement planning, budgeting, and construction oversight of all facilities projects, overseeing cumulatively $98 million in capital improvement bond programs in her time at the school. Prior to joining Pine Crest, Neyda was Director of Physical Plant for the Broward Campuses of Florida Atlantic University; Director of Design for the Broward County School Board; and project architect for various architectural firms in the South Florida area.
