Robert Haywood, editor of Annapolis Home Magazine, greeted guests with print copies of AHM\u0027s March issue, featuring our 2018 Excellence in Design Award winners. Matthew Ormsby, AIA, Board President for the Chesapeake Bay Chapter, then introduced Marta Hansen, AIA, of "],[0,[1],1,"Hansen Architects"],[0,[],0,", a longtime member of AIA Chesapeake Bay. Marta and her partner Ben Corson talked about their vision of developing a property rife with environmental and code challenges. Through Marta\u0027s perseverance, they created a stunning, light-filled home showcasing their art, books and collections, centered around a 3-story tower with magnificent views of the Chesapeake Bay.
