Service Order for use with Master Agreement Between Owner and Architect

B221-2018 is\ncoordinated for use with AIA Document B121\u2122\u20132018, Master Agreement Between\nOwner and Architect for Services provided under Multiple Service Orders. Use of\nB221 plus a Master Agreement creates a contract, referred to as the Service\nAgreement, that includes both the terms and the scope of services.
