This fiscal year, the WAF awarded over\n$40,000 in scholarships and grants. The WAF provided scholarships for students\nattending the UW-Milwaukee School of Architecture \u0026 Urban Planning and for\nWisconsin students pursuing accredited degrees at architecture schools in other\nstates. Additionally, WAF grants support architecture student chapter\nactivities at universities and technical colleges across the state. The WAF also\nawarded scholarships to seven outstanding Wisconsin students pursuing graduate\ndegrees in architecture at Columbia University, Parsons, North Dakota State\nUniversity, University of Notre Dame, Yale University, University of Kansas,\nand the University of Pennsylvania. One supported\nBOSS, the second phase of an initiative to increase awareness of architectural\ncareers among minority and low-income high school students.
