Roger has served as an architect, project\nmanager, construction contract administrator, and construction administration\ndirector since joining LS3P in 1986. He currently manages LS3P\u2019s Risk\nManagement, Construction Administration and Specifications Groups in addition\nto performing CA on select projects. Roger is responsible for spearheading the\nfirm\u2019s risk management efforts, including developing and implementing a risk\nmanagement plan, developing standard RM contract language, reviewing and\nnegotiating contracts, preparing and presenting project management training\nprograms, and coordinating interdisciplinary design reviews for\nconstructability at appropriate phases of construction document preparation.
