Design and construction team members and sponsors from Lauer Construction, Loewen Windows of Mid-Atlantic, and Reico Kitchen \u0026 Bath joined Marta and the owners, Bob \u0026 Sandy Cohn, in describing the evolution of the Cohn\u0027s desire for a waterfront retreat that evoked a theatrical feel, while providing full views of the South River vista and space for visiting family.
