In 2018, the Department of Housing\nand Urban Development (HUD) eliminated the Local Government Assessment Tool,\nwhich was designed to help local governments combat racial segregation in\nsubsidized housing. However, the Administration\u2019s latest actions have\nofficially nullified the original AFFH rule and its intent.
